How to connect

Slack

Connect Sun to Slack from your integration settings. You will need permission to install apps in your Slack workspace, or an admin who can approve the request.

Open Integrations in Sun

In Sun, open Integrations and choose Slack.

Authorize the Slack app

Select Add to Slack and approve the requested permissions in your workspace.

Invite Sun to your channel, then pick it

Run /invite @Sun in the channel you want, then select it from the list. Sun can only post to channels it has joined.

Choose what routes there

Select which alert types and severities are delivered to that channel, then save.
