How to connect Claude Enterprise

Connect Sun to Claude via Anthropic's Compliance API. You'll need a Claude Primary Owner to enable compliance access and create the access key.

1

Create the integration in Sun

In Sun, open Integrations, choose Claude Enterprise, and name the integration.

Enable the Compliance API

In Claude, go to Organization settings, then Data and privacy, enable the Compliance API, and copy the Organization ID.

Create a Compliance Access Key

Create a Compliance Access Key with user, org, activities, and delete scopes. Copy it immediately.

Activate the integration

Return to Sun, paste the Organization ID and key, choose whether to monitor conversations, and activate.
